Our plans give you the flexibility to grow and continue to develop your sites as much as you need to.

All of our hosting services are shared Web Hosting, meaning that each server hosts a number of sites for different users, sharing the resources. Web servers are so powerful they can hold up to 2000 websites, allowing us to deliver optimal value without affecting performance.

Unlike certain other providers, we do not load up or over subscribe our machines until they cannot handle any more services. Our maximum capacity, both in terms of hard drive and memory usage, tops out at 80%. This means that, no matter what is happening, your website can handle large spikes in traffic without losing performance or availability.

This limit in usage of resources rather than number of customers means that we can maintain the responsiveness of our infrastructure and keep your website and services running smoothly and quickly. It is very carefully planned to mean that we do not have large numbers of resource-hungry websites, applications and scripts running on the same servers. Each machine is only used to a reasonable capacity.

Yes. If, at any time and for any reason within the first 30 days of using our hosting service, you want your money back, you get a full refund of the remaining time. You don’t have to pay for anything that you haven’t used or don’t want to continue using. If you decide to use this guarantee, your account will be credited for the amount of the refund.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to domain names. These must be bought from the registries, which do not provide refunds on domains that have already been registered. It does apply to all of our other services.
